ABOUT
BELIEF #1
Freedom is built, not found.
It’s not a one-time event — it’s a daily choice to release what holds you back and step into who you were created to be.
BELIEF #2
You don’t have to do it alone.
Growth happens faster and deeper when we walk together, encourage each other, and share the real, unpolished parts of life.
BELIEF #3
Faith and real life belong together.
Your spiritual life isn’t separate from your everyday life — it’s woven into how you think, work, rest, love, and lead.
I'm Gretchen
Â
A professional coach, facilitator, farmer, podcaster, and lover of real conversations. I’ve spent over 20 years coaching people from the music industry to software development teams, and now I get to walk alongside women from all different seasons of life through Freedom Camp.
I believe in practical tools, honest reflection, and creating spaces where women can grow in freedom — in mind, body, soul, and spirit. My own journey has been anything but straight, and I bring every lesson, scar, and success into the work I do. Whether we’re talking about trust, resilience, or rest, I want you to know: you’re not alone, and you can live free-er.

MY STORY
Â
My coaching journey started long before Freedom Camp was even an idea.
I began in the music industry, helping artists and creatives find their voice and navigate the pressures of their world. From there, I spent more than a decade coaching software teams and leaders, guiding them through change and growth in high-stakes environments.
Along the way, life handed me plenty of my own “freedom work” — seasons of burnout, loss, rebuilding, and learning to trust God when the way forward wasn’t clear. Through it all, one thing stayed the same: my passion for helping people live with authenticity, courage, and peace.
Today, on our family regenerative farm in East Tennessee, I combine my love for coaching, community, and faith to create Freedom Camp — a space where women can grow in mind, body, soul, and spirit, supported by practical tools, honest conversation, and a whole lot of grace.

"It’s been an incredible, stable support network through a huge transitional period of my life. It’s provided tangible tools along the way to equip me along the journey towards more freedom and authentic living. It’s fueled conversations in my life with various people close to me especially that have been deep and freeing and which I may or may not have realized I wanted or needed to engage in otherwise."

"I feel like I am getting back to being more myself with grace for growth. I feel more at peace. I am feeling more able to face challenges with in life but more confidence, calm, and ability to pause before responding."
